Really enjoying this for WFH
I bought this for the simplicity switching between personal desktop, my work laptop and my wife's work laptop.. there's no plugging in cords or switching dongles.. just pressing a button on the keyboard as well as a button on the mouse could not be simpler and it holds that until you change.. it's comfortable and makes working from home that little bit special. Keyboard also has a nice weight to it so it's doesn't feel flimsy or fragile.

Great keyboard and mouse
Really happy with this set. It connects to all my devices without any drama and switches between them quickly. The keyboard feels good to type on and the mouse is smooth and accurate. No problems so far — just works the way it should.

Fantastic Devices and works perfectly
Initially purchased a different product online but when in-store the staff realised it wasn't going to meet my needs so changed to this product. This works perfectly with easy set up with Bluetooth from both the keyboard and mouse. Fantastic product!

Best keyboard and mouse that I have owned to date, no question!
The angle of the keyboard makes it easy to enter data and the weight of the board means it stays put and doesn't move around like some of the light, solar boards I have owned. I was surprised to like the mouse so much because I usually prefer Logitech. Very pleased with this purchase and the excellent customer service which is why we keep coming back to The Good Guys!

Q: Can I use it without a USB dongle on my tablet?
A: Yes. Dell KM7321W supports direct Bluetooth 5.0 pairing, so it can connect to a tablet without using the USB receiver. The 2.4GHz option needs the receiver, so Bluetooth is the practical choice on devices with limited USB ports.
Q: How do you switch between three paired devices during the day?
A: Dell KM7321W lets the keyboard and mouse pair with up to three devices, then switch by pressing the device button on each one. The keyboard and mouse switch separately, which is useful if they are connected to different screens or systems.
Q: Is this Dell combo suitable for gaming as well as work?
A: No. Dell KM7321W is built for productivity, device switching and everyday office use rather than high-speed gaming. Key response and mouse polling are standard, so it is better suited to typing, spreadsheets and general desktop work.
Q: Does it use replaceable batteries or charge by USB?
A: Dell KM7321W uses replaceable AAA batteries rather than a built-in rechargeable battery. That avoids needing a charging cable on the desk, but it also means battery changes are part of ownership instead of plugging it in to top up.
Q: Can the keyboard and mouse connect by Bluetooth at once?
A: Yes. The keyboard and mouse both support Bluetooth 5.0 pairing, so they can be used together without the USB receiver. This matters if a laptop or tablet has no spare USB port, or if you want to keep ports free for other accessories.
