At a glance
The Crest Kids Multi-Coloured Mini Night Light Owl is a small battery-powered LED night light designed to add gentle comfort to nurseries, toddler rooms and young kids' spaces. Its soft multi-coloured glow, cute owl styling and included battery make it easy to use straight away. It is best for reassurance and low-level visibility, but it is not bright enough for reading or getting dressed.

Key benefits
- Multi-coloured LED glow: Creates a gentle, calming light that helps make children's rooms feel more reassuring at night.
- Compact mini size: Fits easily on a bedside table or shelf without taking up much space.
- Owl design: Adds a playful, child-friendly look that suits nursery and kids' room decor.
- Battery powered operation: Lets you place it where convenient without needing to stay near a power point.
- Includes CR2032 3V battery: Ready for easy setup straight out of the box.
- 0.25W power use: Uses very low power for a light intended to stay on as a soft overnight guide.
- Soft low-level light output: Helps with gentle overnight visibility without strongly lighting the room.
- White finish: Blends easily with a wide range of nursery and bedroom colour schemes.
Q: Is it bright enough for late-night feeds or nappy changes?
A: No. Crest Kids Multi-Coloured Mini Night Light Owl is designed for soft reassurance, not task lighting. Its 0.25W output suits low-level bedside visibility, but a separate lamp is the better choice for feeds, nappy changes, reading or dressing.
Q: Does this owl night light need to stay near a power point?
A: No. It runs on an included CR2032 3V battery, so it can sit on a shelf or bedside table without a cord. That gives more placement flexibility, but battery power also means a gentler glow than a mains-powered light.
Q: Can the battery be replaced when the light runs flat?
A: Yes. This night light uses a CR2032 3V battery rather than a built-in rechargeable battery, so power is restored by replacing the cell. It includes the first battery, but ongoing use will need spare CR2032 batteries on hand.
Q: Will the colour-changing glow light a whole kids bedroom?
A: No. Crest model PWLMNOL is made for a small, calming glow near the bed, not broad room lighting. It works best on a bedside table or shelf for orientation overnight, and it will not replace a lamp for brighter evening tasks.
Q: Is it easy to pack for sleepovers or travel?
A: Yes. The compact, battery-powered design is easy to move between rooms or pack for an overnight stay because it does not rely on a nearby power point. It is still a small ambient light, so expect reassurance lighting rather than torch-like brightness.
