Don't Shop Online with The Good guys
The product is fine, but the hassle in finally getting it is up and beyond useless. ordered online for a click and collect as it was in stock at the first store. a week later no update in when ready, no return emails etc. went to the store, was told it was on backorder - online said was in stock. got offered a refund and got a voucher. Looked online, another store withing driving distance had in stock, ordered and after a week no update to when can collect. Went to this store and after a head scratching search through the click and collect shelf it was found. I received a txt immediately stating it was ready to pick up. At the desk of both stores you could see numerous unread emails and persons with no interest in what was going on just strolling through without and typing. Poor way to run a business, and not going to Good Guys again.
