POOR Communication
The product was excellent and the price good however the OnLine only sale was very poorly handled. After ordering and paying in full all I received was an invoice showing full payment. After 3 and then 4 weeks I sent two emails requesting delivery details. No Answer! I eventually went into Mornington store and they gave me the phone number to contact re delivery (not available on any internet search). I was then told it was sitting in Dandenong ( I think yjey had just forgotten me) and the next day it was delivered . Total time 5 weeks!
