Hisense Laundry FAQs

The Auto-Dosing feature in Hisense Series 7 washing machines automatically measures and dispenses the right amount of detergent and softener for each load. It can store enough detergent and softener for up to 24 loads, making laundry easier and more efficient.

Ion Refresh technology found in Hisense's Series 7 Dryers uses negatively charged ions to remove odours from your clothes, keeping them fresh. It works in just 30 minutes, giving you great results in less time than regular drying programs.

The Auto Wash function weighs your laundry and automatically adjusts the water and detergent levels for each wash. This ensures every load is cleaned efficiently and effectively, saving you time and effort.

First turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the power socket. Locate the filter on your Hisense washer, for front loaders this is usually on the outside in the bottom right corner and for top loaders it may be under the agitator. Most filters come off by simply gripping the cover and pulling away, but some may be childproofed and require a screwdriver or flat object to pry open. You should then be able to take out the filter.
