Dreame Vacuums and Cleaners FAQs
Check out Dreame's guide on how to maintain your Robot Vacuum here. It is important to clean your robots wheels, main brush, side brushes, filters and more regularly to keep it in top condition.
Simply download the 'Mi-Home' app, launch the app and scan the QR code found on the Robot. You will then be able to select the Wi-Fi network. Then follow the app prompts to complete the remaining steps and gain connection.
Before emptying the compartment, make sure the vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the power, and do not press its power button. Press the dust compartment bottom cover release button, then empty the contents.
For a system reset, pop open the top cover of you robot and look for the system reset button. Press the button and your Dreame robot should start up again. Any cleaning settings such as custom cleaning modes will be gone and you'll need to reconnect to the Wi-Fi.
