Apple Intelligence: Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all Mac models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to Chinese (Simplified), English (Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, UK or US), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish, as a macOS Sequoia update, with more languages coming over the course of the year, including Vietnamese. Some features may not be available in all regions or languages.

Display: Actual diagonal screen size of the 24-inch iMac is 23.5 inches.

Up to 6x Faster than the Most Popular Intel-Based iMac (21.5-inch iMac, 2019): Testing conducted by Apple in September and October 2024 using preproduction 24-inch iMac systems with Apple M4, 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU and 16GB of RAM, as well as production 3.0GHz 6-core Intel Core i5–based 21.5-inch iMac systems with Radeon Pro 560X with 4GB of GDDR5 memory and 8GB of RAM, all configured with 256GB SSD. Tested using Super Resolution with Photomator 3.3.23 and a 4.4MB image. Performance tests are conducted using specific computer systems and reflect the approximate performance of iMac.

Up to 2.1x Faster than iMac with M1 chip (24-inch iMac, 2021) on Demanding Creative Workflows: Testing conducted by Apple in September and October 2024 using preproduction 24-inch iMac systems with Apple M4, 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 32GB of RAM and 2TB SSD, as well as production 24-inch iMac systems with Apple M1, 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 16GB of RAM and 2TB SSD. Adobe Photoshop 2024 v25.11.0 tested using the following filters and functions: sharpen, find edges, blur more, diffuse and content aware scale. Performance tests are conducted using specific computer systems and reflect the approximate performance of iMac.

Mac and iPhone: Requires iCloud and an internet connection. iPhone Mirroring is available on Mac computers with Apple silicon and Intel-based Mac computers with a T2 Security Chip. Requires that your iPhone and Mac are signed in with the same Apple Account using two-factor authentication, your iPhone and Mac are near each other and have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on, and your Mac is not using AirPlay or Sidecar. Some iPhone features (such as camera and microphone) are not compatible with iPhone Mirroring.

Wi-Fi 6E: Wi-Fi 6E available in countries and regions where supported.

Touch ID: Magic Keyboard with Touch ID is included with iMac (M4) systems with 10‑core CPU.

Storage: 1GB = 1 billion bytes and 1TB = 1 trillion bytes; actual formatted capacity less.

Accessories: Accessories sold separately; availability varies by region.
