Poorly trained staff and unfair return policy
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the runaround I was given. Wasted, my money, time and driving around based on the different and inaccurate instructions given by online and on-site staff! Return policy is unfair! Bunnings accept returns of purchases, with no questions asked. Will never recommend Good Guys to anyone!
