    Bit early at this stage to assess. The filter that came with the machine did not last long, but having replaced the filter now it seems this is lasting longer than the previous one. Seems to do the job.

    The machine requires the filter. It is interesting that our previous Breville recommended not using filtered water, whereas this time it is so recommended. Hopefully that will mean a longer usage life.

    no issue with product, delivery system caused significant issues

    Took over 2 weeks to deliver. purchased online. allowed PO box delivery option in Good Guys online order form, however company kept item at depot as indicated could not deliver to a PO Box. I contacted delivery company and then gave them home address. They then tried to deliver to home address however item required person to be at address 9-5 on advised delivery date to sign on acceptance. This is almost impossible for folk who work. eventually the delivery company left the item at depot in Yeppoon and I had to make a special trip to pick it up. in all the delivery company and myself would have spent far more on fuel and time than the item was worth. can you please review this delivery options as clearly it is not effective,

    Peace of mind

    We don’t know what kind of bugs or dirt are floating around in our water but knowing we can protect ourselves and our coffee machine from these nastiest is definitely peace of mind for my family, love this water filter so easy to use and having the counter on it never lets us forget it’s time to change it over
