Very easy replacement installation, zero issues. Good Temperature Control Dials which have a nice feel to them. VERY Even Heat Distribution across the entire hotplate. Just a capable, practical, easily cleanable 4 Plate Cook Top. Some friends who saw ours in use Purchased Themselves the same Model !
