Great value and excellent service
Good product for the price I got from The Good Guys. The washer performs really well and feels like a quality machine. Special mention to the salesman at The Good Guys Nunawading (Sahaab), who was very knowledgeable about the products and genuinely helped me choose the right one for my needs. It also came with a 5‑year warranty, and the cherry on top was the $150 cashback offer, which made the deal even better. Highly recommend both the product and the store.

So quiet and quick
We have been really impressed with it so far. It washes clothes thoroughly while still being gentle on fabrics, and the large 9kg capacity is perfect for our bedding. Exceptionally quiet. 9kg is only when speed perfect is not used. When speed perfect is used, 4/5kg is recommended. Make sure you factor that in. Otherwise, quick, efficient and quiet machine.

Great, but early days still
This machine is whisper quiet to run and I love the dial format for programme selection, rather than the recently introduced strip panel lights in some machines, which I suspect may be prone to eventual display failure with passage of time. My only complaint is with the sales team who advised that it is not necessary for a plumber to assist with the installation. I strongly suggest, from past experience with a few machines now, that you allow extra expense for a plumber to securely attach the water outlet hose to your under-sink water disposal system. Also, you should note that this Bosch machine only has a single, cold water inlet pipe feed, and that the water for other than cold washes, is heated by the machine, rather than drawn from your hot water tank or hot water pump, as in most other machines.
