One of the best cordless floor cleaners.
Easy to use and keep clean, does the whole house on one charge. Does not leave streaks and picks up almost anything.

Awesome product
Excellent product. It has great suction power and does a really good job cleaning along the edges and in the corners. It works very well on carpets, and the mop function is also excellent, cleaning thoroughly and drying quickly. Highly recommend it!

Good/takes some getting used to.
The good features include the front light which expose all the debris on the floor you didn't realise was there and the weight - it is indeed light. The charge runs down quickly when vac& mopping together and the clean water tank is relatively small such that it regularly has to be topped up at least once during a cleaning session. The entire cleaning experience is different: rather than mopping side to side and walking backwards so as not to walk over a clean floor, this machine necessitates cleaning around all the edges first then going backwards and forth to clean/fill-in a small area at a time. Hence there are some wheel marks left. It does clean quite well but a pain to clean/dry out all the 'bits' afterwards - the filter needs washing & drying as does the roller; the dirty water tank has 3 aspects to take apart/put back together. Having spares of roller & filter would be handy - these of course are not included and cost extra!

Two-in-one Awesome
Clean and wash floors in one go! Fabulous for older people. Recommend getting a second roller as they take ages to dry.

At a glance
The Bissell CrossWave OmniForce EdgeFind is a cordless wet and dry floor cleaner that vacuums and mops in one pass, making it a strong fit for homes with sealed hard floors, rugs and pets. Its edge cleaning and headlights help with everyday messes and visible debris. A fair limitation is that its tank sizes are better suited to routine cleaning than larger whole-home deep cleans.
What it’s great for
- Everyday hard floor cleaning
- Wet and dry messes
- Pet hair pickup
- Quick kitchen and entryway clean-ups
- Mixed floor homes
Where it works best
- Kitchen
- Dining area
- Hallways
- Apartments
- Family homes with sealed hard floors and area rugs
Who it’s for
- Pet owners
- Busy households
- Apartment dwellers
- Families
- Anyone wanting fewer separate vacuum and mop steps
Things to consider
It is convenient for regular maintenance, but the 610 mL clean tank and 440 mL dirty tank mean it is less suited to long, uninterrupted whole-home cleaning than larger or more specialist floor washers.
Pet hair performance score
8/10 - FurFinder headlights and wet-dry cleaning make pet hair and tracked-in mess easier to see and remove in everyday use.
Allergy suitability
Suitable for routine surface cleaning of dust and debris on sealed floors, but not positioned as a specialist allergy-focused purifier or deep carpet cleaner.
Ease of use rating
8/10 - Cordless operation, lightweight handling and one-pass cleaning simplify regular floor care.
Noise level vs category
Comparable to category - no specific low-noise claim is provided, so expect typical hard floor cleaner operating noise.
Floor type compatibility
Sealed hard floors and area rugs
Key benefits
- Vacuum and mop in one pass: Cleans everyday debris and wet messes together, reducing the need for separate floor-cleaning routines.
- ZeroGap edge cleaning: Helps clean right up to skirting boards and edges where debris often builds up.
- Cordless design: Makes it easier to move between rooms without managing a power cord.
- Vacuum-only mode: Lets you handle dry debris without adding water when a mop wash is not needed.
- FurFinder headlights: Illuminates dust, dirt and pet hair so missed debris is easier to spot during cleaning.
- 610 mL clean water tank: Provides practical capacity for routine room-by-room cleaning before refilling.
- 440 mL dirty water tank: Keeps collected dirty water separate from fresh water for more hygienic wet cleaning.
- Lightweight build: Improves day-to-day handling for quick clean-ups and regular use around the home.
Q: Can it clean carpet or only sealed hard floors?
A: No. Bissell CrossWave OmniForce EdgeFind is designed to vacuum and mop sealed hard floors, while area rugs are better suited to vacuum-only mode for dry debris. It is not positioned as a full carpet washer or deep-clean carpet machine.
Q: Will it reach right along skirting boards and edges?
A: Yes. ZeroGap edge cleaning is designed to clean close to skirting boards, so there is less manual touch-up along straight edges. It still follows the width and shape of the floor head, so very tight corners can need a separate pass.
Q: Are the water tanks big enough for whole-home cleaning?
A: Bissell CrossWave OmniForce EdgeFind uses a 610ml clean water tank and a 440ml dirty water tank, which suits routine room-by-room cleaning. In a larger home or for heavier mess, expect to refill and empty more often than with a larger-capacity floor cleaner.
Q: Can this replace a separate vacuum and mop?
A: For many everyday sealed-floor cleans, yes. Bissell CrossWave OmniForce EdgeFind can vacuum and mop in one pass, which cuts down on switching tools. It does not fully replace a dedicated carpet cleaner, and rugs are intended for vacuum-only dry pickup.
Q: Is vacuum-only mode useful for area rugs and crumbs?
A: Yes. Vacuum-only mode is the better choice when you want to pick up dry debris on area rugs or handle crumbs without adding moisture. That makes it more flexible in mixed-floor homes, but the wet cleaning function is still intended for sealed hard floors.
Q: Do the headlights actually help with pet hair pickup?
A: Yes. FurFinder headlights make pet hair, dust and fine debris easier to see, especially near edges or in dimmer rooms. They help you spot what needs another pass, but the lights do not change the cleaner's suction or rug-cleaning role.
