7/10 - effective for routine pet dirt and everyday floor messes, but not positioned as a specialist heavy-duty spot stain treatment.

Q: Can I use this formula in non-Bissell floor washers?
A: No. Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is intended for Bissell CrossWave and SpinWave machines. Compatibility with other brands is not listed, so foaming control, cleaning results, and machine care cannot be assumed.
Q: Is this a good choice for everyday pet odours and mess?
A: Yes. Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is designed for routine washing in pet homes on hard floors and carpets. It suits frequent clean-ups and odour removal, but it is not a specialist treatment for old, deep-set stains.
Q: Will it leave residue or too much foam in the machine?
A: Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is formulated to avoid excessive foaming and residue when used in a compatible machine. That makes it better suited to regular floor washing, especially on surfaces where streaks are easy to notice.
Q: How long will the 1 litre bottle usually last at home?
A: Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula comes in a 1 litre bottle intended for several whole-home cleaning sessions. How long it lasts depends on your machine's tank size, how often you clean, and how many rooms you cover each time.
Q: Does it work on both tiles and wood floors?
A: Yes. Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is made for multi-surface cleaning, including tiles and wood, when used in a compatible Bissell machine. It is aimed at routine washing rather than stripping heavy build-up from neglected floors.
Q: Do I pour it straight into the machine without mixing?
A: Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is a concentrated cleaning solution made for use in compatible floor washers. Follow the machine's fill instructions instead of applying it neat to the floor, because it is designed for machine dispensing.
