Bad customer service- Thomastown store
Ipad Air review is pretty good, But The staff at Thomastown store is ignorant, they prefer bitching about the customers to other colleges and that’s in front of different customer. They don’t have clue about the refund policy. But they can confidently lie about it and make they own refund rules and policies. SHAME ON THEM.
