Q: Can the Acer Nitro 24-inch FHD 120Hz monitor run 120Hz with a PS5 or Xbox Series X?
A: Yes, if the console and the game both support 120fps at 1920 x 1080. You may need to enable 120Hz output in the console settings, and some games will still run at 60Hz because their own performance mode is limited.
Q: Is 24 inches a good size for Full HD on this Acer Nitro gaming monitor?
A: Yes, 24 inches is a strong match for Full HD because pixel density stays reasonably sharp at a normal desk distance of about 60 to 90 cm. It usually looks crisper than stretching 1080p across a larger 27-inch screen.
Q: What do I need to do to actually get 120Hz on this Acer Nitro monitor?
A: You need a PC or console set to output 1920 x 1080 at 120Hz, plus a compatible cable and video input. On a PC, 120Hz also needs to be selected in Windows or the graphics settings, otherwise it may stay at 60Hz by default.
Q: Is this Acer Nitro 24-inch monitor better for competitive gaming or for creative work?
A: It is better suited to fast-paced gaming, where 120Hz can make motion look smoother and controls feel more responsive. For detailed photo, design or multi-window work, a 1440p monitor gives more desktop space and finer detail.
Q: Will this 120Hz Acer Nitro monitor still help if my PC cannot reach 120fps?
A: Yes, but the benefit depends on your frame rate. Motion can still feel smoother than 60Hz when your game runs above 60fps, but if performance stays near 60fps or lower, the improvement is modest and reduced graphics settings may help.
