I love this brand so much
I love this brand so much. I bought it n I’m so excited to use it but not even 2 month the mental inside already melting n turn to black a bit scared if I drink water from this kettle if I compare smeg with kettle from Kmart. So Kmart also cheaper n not bad experience like this. I went to your store and want they do something cuz it not cheap and guys from this shop just told me clean but how I can clean when already oxidized Metal. Thanks

Absolutely love this kettle. I saw reviews of a plastic smell/ taste from this kettle but I haven’t noticed anything. I let it run a few times, changing water each time it was fine. Goes well with next to our SMEG coffee machine.
