Product seem to be good, but the delivery was terrible.
I have paid for the order 159937850 on the 1st of December (paypal) and TGG went completely silent until the 20th when they processed the order. How come the order is paid on the 1st but it shows up in your system as being placed on the 20th? Was there a problem? Just get in touch, I may be a patient customer. I've tried to find a contact number on the website but could not find any - please let me know where you've hidden the customer support phone numbers, some people still want to TALK instead of sending internet chat messages. Then you TGG send me a $20 reward voucher so I spend more money with you in the next 90 days? Thank you but not good enough... I will consider other options for my purchases before coming to you, I may get even better offers than $20.
