Not bad
Dear Customer, The Vertuo capsules for this machine are not available at Woolworths or Coles, so you have to purchase them online from the Nespresso website. After using the machine for a few weeks, the capsule holder that removes the used capsules stopped working properly. The used capsules no longer come out automatically, so you have to remove them manually. Overall, this is quite inconvenient. I would recommend going with the Nespresso Up machine instead.

The new one I have purchased is very loud and rattling when actuvating coffee. I have to put a lot of pressure on it to work. Do I bring it back as I think faulty.
