Good Product but got sent the US version in AUS so wrong cord.
Love the product but was sent the US cord so had to buy an adapter. Not a major problem but just annoying.

Works well and keeps cups warm. Shame that everything with Jura costs extra. A lot extra. Good Guys was the cheapest deal.
