When we purchased this fan we thought it was a remote control model,but is not,it can get a bit noisy at times has a vibration that comes and goes but it does the job ok.

This dimplex fan was so easy to install and for a unit that does not take up much floor space it wields great air flow. The oscillating and tilt feature come in handy too.
