How To Change Roborock Mop Pad​?

Changing your Roborock Mop Pad is easy! Simply remove by flipping the robot upside down (and placing on a soft floor mat), rotating the mopping pad [plates outward (making sure the pad plates are lifted) and using both hands to hold the mopping pad plates and lifting them to remobe. To re-install, align the mopping pad plates with the pads and press them into place. Make sure you hear the click - this is how you know it has been installed correctly.

How To Connect Roborock S8 To Wifi​?

You can connect in four easy steps.

  1. Download the Roborock app.
  2. Select your current region and register for a Roborock account by your phone number.
  3. Connect your robot device to the app by holding down the "Power" and "Dock" buttons which will results in a blue light blinking. You will then need to connect to your home wi-fi by following the prompts.
  4. Tap the device in the Roborock homepage to access device to operate and wait until initialization reaches 100%.

Please note, the Robot Vacuum will not work on 5g.

How Do I Know When My Roborock Is Fully Charged​?

The power light on your Roborock will remain lit once it is fully charged.
