Extremely slow - do not purchase
I wanted a laptop for basic use however this is extremely slow when you are using office applications, and I wish I had purchased a better model. Don't waste your time as no idea who would be happy with this laptop, it is not good enough for a primary school student never mind anyone else. It took 10-15 mins to open a Teams meeting when I had other applications open, not great if that had been an important meeting. I'll admit, I purchased cheap however I thought it would have been sufficient for my basic needs, but I was wrong!! Invest in a better model and not this version.
