    I researched for quite some time before purchasing my Westinghouse top load washing machine. The argument between front or top loading machines comes down to personal preference. Brands and country of origin also plays a part in choosing which machine to buy and if course cost. I buy all of my white goods from The Good Guys mainly because they always have a great range and the service from the sales staff is always exceptional. I listen to their advice and make my decision. I've never been disappointed in my choice. A couple of months up the track, I'm very happy with my new washing machine.

    Dodgy, imbalanced machine and bad service

    Bought faulty a month ago and Good Guys have still not serviced. Machine goes off balance every load, usually multiple times - I had installed by the Good Guys and bought a spirit level to check but all looks ok, guess I just got a dud? Don't know the outcome yet as noone is getting back to me - the downfall of purchasing online and finding customer service near impossible to access.
