The Frame TV is fine but the delivery was a joke. We ordered a Frame TV and was informed it would arrive from a close store in four days. It didn’t and a 10 days later it still wasn’t here.. The tracking said it was packed ready to be picked up , the that it was picked up. However when I rang this was not the case. Instead they said they would organise for delivery from another store and it would arrive in a few days. Same story another 8 days and it finally arrives. I have no issue with it taking a couple of weeks just with being told it would arrive or had been picked up when it hadn’t. You need to do better
