Door latch broke and now unusable at 3 years old
Microwave was working well, today the top door latch/hook broke off, and now it doesn't work. If I try to heat something up, after a minute or so the screen says "error" and it doesn't heat. Very poor design. Seems a bit of an obvious flaw to make the latch out of plastic, not metal, so as soon as one of the latch hooks breaks, the entire microwave is not usable. Not impressed as can't afford to replace it now.
