Love the flatbed. Can fit more in it and it has so many different temperatures. The instructions are so easy to follow.

Wrong model
I haven’t used it yet. When I down loaded the operating manual at home as instructed I noted that the model sold to me was a bench top model and my clearly stated location was for an open shelf under the bench with 15mm either side. So it is useless to me. I am 72 and am too exhausted and disappointed to repackage the item. Very poor advice from your staff.

Very easy to use, no complicated instructions. Does what is required in a microwave. I Love the flat bed as it is easy to clean and cooks things evenly. Would highly recommend for sure.

Met all my expectatios of a good microwave
Not having a turntable was unsettling to start with. It did not take long to prefer flatbed for ease of cleaning, whilst having the perfect microwave cook.

Great size, fast cooking
This by far is the best microwave oven I have had in 45 years. (And believe me, I have had a few different makes and models). It’s very easy to use and the pre programmed menu works brilliantly. The flat bed tray fits my large meals, all shapes and sizes.
