The frame TV installation
I purchased The Frame TV from The Good Guys. I payed for the installation. However, the installation was a headache. Firstly, the installers did not tell me what should be prepared before installation. So, the first attempt was unsuccessful. Secondly, there was a wrong part in the package and it was a headache to communicate with The Good Guys to resolve the issue. They sold me a package with the wrong item, and it seemed they are not responsible. I have to follow up with them and every time explain things from the beginning!! The TV was installed months after purchase and delivery. I am so disappointed with The Good Guys' customer service and support.

Poor warranty service. Television stopped working after two weeks. Good Guys and service agent responded in a timely manner. Still awaiting response from Samsung
Can't comment. Television had not been working long enough to determine quality of features. Not very happy.
