Great product so far, good guys installers were terrible!!!!!!
Replaced 2 Samsung washing machines that died within a month of each other, (make what you will about that) the new machines are working great and are much quieter, the good guys installers were absolutely useless and did not complete the job at all, looked like they were both stoned, not only did they not do the install, but when they took away the old machines they took the hose adapters that were there with the old machines so I could not complete the install, I had to run around the country and grab more gear to do the install myself, customer support team were not helpful in any capacity and I’m still waiting for a return call from the support team, that was about 4 weeks ago, I’m not going to hold my breath, will never deal with good guys again, waste of time and money, the good guys have absolutely no desire to help their customers.
