    terrible

    terrible. the washing machine was late by about a week to 2 weeks after telling us it was available when we ordered it. The pre-paid installer failed ot connect it stating it was too hard. we had to provide a second plumber a job which costs us additional. We now have to dispose of the old machine. absolutely crapo will never trust GG again.
