The Good Guys Appliances First | $750 Kinsman Kitchens Voucher

(“Promotion Terms and Conditions”)

The Promoter is Courtsean Pty Ltd ACN 152 876 081 trading as Kinsman Kitchens (Vic) of [1 Wella Way Somersby 2250].

Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for the bonus listed in the table below (“Bonus”) customers must:

I. spend $2000 or more on eligible products from eligible brands as listed in the table below (“Eligible Purchase”) from any The Good Guys store, over the phone or online at thegoodguys.com.au, on a single docket;

II. pay in full for the Eligible Purchase at point of purchase between 26 March 2026 and 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

In instances where Eligible Purchase items are required to be placed on order by a The Good Guys store, full payment must be made during the Promotion Period to be eligible to claim the Bonus.

To claim the Bonus, customers must:

Access the claim form at https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/kinsman-promotion which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the promotional poster or tear pad, or via the Kitchens Renovation Hub or Kinsman Kitchens page on The Good Guys website;

Complete the claim form by 31 July 2026 by submitting their name, email address, mobile phone number, postcode and the docket number of their Eligible Purchase.

Within 5 business days of claim submission, eligible claimants will receive an email from The Good Guys with their $750 Kinsman Kitchens Voucher.

Multiple claims are not permitted, only one claim per customer, per docket and email address will be allowed and can not be redeem for cash or other types of vouchers.

The $750 Kinsman Kitchens Voucher expires 6 months from the date of issue (“Expiry Date”) and must be presented to Kinsman Kitchens during the customer’s first design appointment with Kinsman Kitchens, which must take place before the Expiry Date.

Kinsman Kitchens will apply the $750 Kinsman Kitchens Voucher to the cabinetry portion of the contract price at the time of the customer’s first design appointment. The $750 Kinsman Kitchens Voucher may not be used against the contract price of any stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, delivery or installation service costs associated on the contract.

The Kinsman Kitchens $750 Voucher can be used in conjunction with other Kinsman Kitchens offers. If the Voucher is used in conjunction with other offers, the Kinsman Kitchens $750 Voucher will be applied after any other applicable discounts.

Purchases of Eligible Products made using interest free finance are eligible for this Promotion.

The customer must provide a functioning email address in the claim. If the customer enters an incorrect email address when submitting the claim, the customer must contact The Good Guys at www.thegoodguys.com.au/help-centre/contact-us before 31 July 2026. To receive Kinsman Kitchens $750 Voucher, customers must be opted in to receive marketing communications from The Good Guys and Kinsman Kitchens, and must remain opted in until voucher receipt.

Promotion only open to Australian residents 18+ who make a purchase for personal use only. Excludes commercial orders. JB Hi-Fi Group employees are not eligible.

Claimants must retain their original The Good Guys purchase tax invoice(s) for claim as proof of the Eligible Purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for a claim when requested may result in invalidation of claim and forfeiture of any right to a Bonus.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affects this Promotion. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any customer for loss resulting from such action.
