Awful
Nothing wrong with the product but an awful lot wrong with the purveyor/customer interface. Took six weeks to deliver, took my money day 1 whilst they didn’t even have the item in stock. Did not reply to either phone calls or emails. The fact that I am still being asked for a review after giving feedback 6 times shows how much the Good Guys actually take notice of what we are telling them.

Absolute shambles
Will comment on the product once the warranty period expires however the ordering and delivery process with TGG was an absolute shambles. Had the product in stock when ordered but a week later it wasn't in stock. Then it was and then it wasn't again. took way too long nd way too many phone calls to actually get the product in the end. Obviously don't believe the website if it tells you a product in stock.

Looks good and works well
It is working well and looks simply nice with a stainless still outfit. The fan speed switch control is a little hard to change, and the rangehood is not the quietest in the market. However, it is absolute worth for the money.
