First of all this machine is not an Ice Cream churner, so be informed that you need no make ice cream first (either with your own recipes or any store bought ice creams off the self) Review: PROS: 1. the texture of the ice cream is very nice (even with dairy free milks) and pleasant while eating. gives you a feeling of eating store bought ice cream even if it is made with your own recipes. so the combination and experiments are endless. 2. easy to wash as all cups, lids and blades go in dishwasher 3. the soft-serve dispenser works very easy, you can use any store bought ice cream to convert them into soft serve with some limitations (e.g. there shouldn't be any chunks in the ice cream like cookies and cream) 4. make your own diet recipes and frozen youghurts CONS 1. cups are very small, so if you are planning to use it for get-together of 10-15 people, then you will struggle. as each cup can only dispense maximum 4 soft servers 2. machine is heavy and takes lot of space 3. bit louder than i think it would be but it compensates it by the end results 4. only 2 cups are provided with the machine which is not enough considering it only serves 4 soft serves (i recommend buying few extra to have the ice cream ready in the freezer)

Faster and creamier , bigger size bowl would be better
It makes the icecreme faster and feel more creamier. But bowl size seems to be small for big family. Lucky it comes with 2 bowls so you can always swap. Only buy if it's on special.

Perfect addition
Purchased this machine having read some reviews about the noise and difficulty cleaning, the noise is on par with a vacuum cleaner for only about 2-3 minutes. Easy to wash the components with soap and water. Love that I can get extra tubs and just have them in the freezer also love that I can use what I want and return the remainder to the freezer. Previously had the Greenpan ice cream machine and had issues with the barrel, it was difficult to clean and you basically had to eat all of the ice cream as you made it.
