Dont say you have products for sale when you do not have stock
Recently I bought from the good guys it was a solar panel for a security camera. They said they had stock, I made the purchase, and later got an email telling me they could not supply and did not know when they would be able to. I then some months later used their website again, this time purchasing a keyboard, only to have the exact same experience: made the purchase, paid for it, then got an email saying no stock and no idea when it would be available. Just completely garbage service. On further investigation I could have bought either cheaper elsewhere, without the faff-around. I wont be back. There are so many quality online sellers now who RELIABLY provide service. "The Good Guys" need to do better.
