My New Favourite Kitchen Appliance
The best mixer I’ve owned! I do a lot of baking and this makes it so easy. I prep my doughs and leave it to warm in the bowl. Makes it so quick and easy. Also perfect for colder days you need it proofed abit quicker. We also purchased the mincer attachment which we love. Everything all in one and I don’t need multiple machines.

They shipped the wrong product
I'm not able to review this model, because a different model was shipped - we ended up with a Kenwood Chef Baker XL in black (we ordered a Titanium Patissier). Looking at the lack of email contacts, webforms etc on the Good Guys website and emails from purchase - there is no customer service number to call and all of the online contacts are based on warranty claims and faulty products.

Amazing mixer!
I was originally looking at a KitchenAid mixer as they look so pretty. But when comparing the specs between the KitchenAid and Kenwood, I couldn't go past the size of the motor, tilt lift, and ten-year warranty. I've made a few cakes already with it and been really happy with how they've turned out. The light into the bowl is very handy when adding ingredients and I love the tilt lift. My Mum has had her Kenwood mixer for 25 years and it's still going strong. This feels like it will be the same!
