Great product now at a good price
I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend a lot of money on a mop, but when this price dropped recently, I took the plunge. This mop is simple to use and does a great job of mopping floors and moving some difficult spots. It is working great and I would recommend it.

This product is great for cleaning tiles and hard floors. It’s very quick and easy to use the only downside is that you need to take the rollers out and clean and dry it after every use otherwise it can get mouldy.

Good but with some caveats
This product isn’t terrible, but could be a lot better, and there are certainly better alternatives out there in 2026. Firstly - the good. It does a pretty good job of cleaning hard floors. Floor cleaning agent can be added to the water tank (so long as it is non foaming) to ensure you get a more thorough clean than using water alone. My floors look and feel very clean after using this. The not so good - this device is heavy and clunky, and the cleaning/dismantling process is more challenging than dyson’s own how-to videos would make it seem. The mechanism holding the fluffy rollers and various drip trays need to be completely disassembled after each floor cleaning agent and left to dry, which can take in excess of 24 hours for the fluffy rollers to become air dried. If the rollers aren’t disassembled after use, they will remain damp and develop an odour. The entire process is awkward and when removing the various components after use you’ll likely end up dripping a fair amiunt of water over your nice clean floor. It’s hard to recommend this product when there are other better options out there.

Great product
This is an excellent innovation. Dyson are concentrating on pushing the Submarine products - vac-washers, but in my experience they do both jobs only half as well as a dedicated machine. For this reason if ypu already have a vac, this is a grwat addition

Trying to contact The Goodguys to investigate is like pulling teeth. Aus post simply doesn’t care and has no contact to find parcel keep saying contact supplier. It been approximately 5 weeks and I still have no idea what is going on or if anyone is actually looking for it. Goodguys contact was very unhelpful and blasé and was only contactable after many attempts through the message bubble. Terrible service will not use again
