Had purchased Delonghi products previously and been more than satisfied. I purchased the Breakfast Set and am so very happy! My previous kettle sounded like a departing jet. This kettle is not only quiet. but boils quickly and looks great. The toaster works well; the toast is browned evenly and takes quite thick bread slices. I leave the kettle and toaster out and they both look really nice sitting on the kitchen bench.
