Long delays
I waited almost 6 weeks for the delivery of my item. I was assured that the delivery fee would be waived for my trouble, but this has not happened. I also learned that there was a technicality and the reason for the long delay was that the item was available in a Sydney store but that store was not within the delivery zone. Bewildering logic - why can't stores talk to each other to coordinate delivery. My rating relates to the delivery experience, not the product (product is great).

The dishwasher is exactly the same in layout as our previous series product. Everything can stay in the same setup as I am used to. Cycles slightly different but very easy to navigate.
