It blew up our circuit board and we had th Worst after sales support.
Still waiting for a replacement cooker after 3 weeks . We wish we had never swapped or that we had bought another brand Westinghouse/Electrolux have given us the worst possible customer experience ever endured. They really don’t care. This $4k cooler was brand new, out of the box and the electrician couldn’t get it to work. 3 days after reporting it (!) a repairman finally arrives, he gets it working then it blows the circuit board that night. 3 more days, another visit, now it’s blown the display and the repair guy can’t fix it. Told to wait and someone will be in touch -3 days later. Then nothing is heard nothing so I call again . Told to wait 3-5 (working) days and someone will be in touch! They don’t though so I call again. Now they will replace it and somebody will be in touch in ……yes that’s right , I. 3-5 working days …… and so it goes goes on. Nearly 3 weeks since we installed it. $4k kitchen ornament . What happens to all the recorded calls for ‘qaulity and training purposes?’ No one contacts us, it’s always us chasing. The same old story that someone will be in touch in 3to 5 working days!

Oven's probably fine- gold service is terrible
Haven't installed the oven yet. When it was delivered it was dragged and bashed around a lot, and due to it's weight is supposed to be mechanically lifted, but wasn't. It is dented and scratched. I paid extra for gold service, contacted them to get it dealt with, and haven't heard anything back for over 2 weeks.

Have had a Westinghouse gas/electric freestanding cooker previously and it was brilliant. Much better than an Italian brand that I originally had. This one is replacing the gas/electric. New kitchen so decided to move over to induction.

The oven is very good and the stove top excellent but the oven did not come with an extra shelf or an Air Fry shelf even though my last 600mm cheaper Westinghouse did come with these ? ?
