Great Product
The range hood is the perfect size for our kitchen and the design allows for more space by being able to pull in and out. The suction is good with two levels and this model does not require a vent into the house.

I had bought Omega Slideout range hood from Good Guys few years ago. It produced rattling noise then for replacement I bought Westing range hood.
For some reasons the old Omega range hood got fixed by itself after nearly 2 weeks of rattling noise. Therefore I have not used the new Westing range hood and I am thinking of returning this product. Generally we have been happy with our purchases from Good Guys. Therefore I am assuming that this is also a good product. Based on my experiences of using products from Good Guys I am putting 5 star for this product even though I did not have to use this product.

Quick and Easy fixture and works well in small spaces
I bought this from store stock, easily installed it at home with a few tools. This works well in a domestic setting even without the ceiling fan plumbing installed in, just make sure to wipe the excess condensation from time to time. It makes a slight whistling sound when the fan turns on, doesn’t bother me as it’s supposed to suction air. Overall good value.
