Washing machine is beautiful. Still figuring out how to use some features but had great options for various different loads based on size and type of fabric eg bedding, cotton. Disadvantage is some cycles are quite long but majority that we frequently use are efficient

The Good Guys dont deliver up stairs, even with premium delivery paid for.
The washing machine is brilliant but the customer service stinks. Hurt myself taking it up stairs as the delivery guys said they risk injury going up stairs. Its their job. They left it downstairs and customer service never got back to me after my complaint.

Wow.
First time I have ever had a front end loader washing machine. Quiet, and love all the extra washing settings. There is even a 15 minute wash cycle that I love. We are not using anywhere near the amount of water with this machine. Doesnt connect to the hot water tap, so even better.. yes I would definitely recommend this product
