Fantastic Robovac!!
TP Link - Tapo RV20 Robotic vac and mop I absolutely love my Tapo (and that's what I've named him) Tapo does an amazing job at vacuuming me whole house and also mopping. It was so easy to set up with the App I had now problems. After the initial charging time I turned Tap on and he mapped my house with out any problems. He vacuums amazingly well and the suction is really good he did my hardwood floors and my rug beautifully. I have a stick vacuum (Dyson) and the RV20 seems to have better suction. The mopping function is fantastic and my floors look so much better than I can do manually,my hard wood floors are shiney. I was apaprehensive to get a robovac because of the noise level but the RV20 is very minimal almost just like a quiet buzzing noise. The unit is even able to get from my hardwood floors onto my kitchen tiles -about a 1-2cm lift. This makes my days so much easier especially my weekends now that I don't have to vacuum and mop. I wonder why I didn't buy this sooner. I HIGHLY recommend the TP Link Tapo RV20 vacuum and Mop with auto emptying station.

I was blown away by how well this performed on its first run. Easy to map the home, sends plenty of alerts (only if it’s stuck or needs to charge) and it works efficiently

Great little unit, but needs implement
Great vacuum but unfortunately it does get “lost” on occasions and can’t make its way home for some reason. Awesome double vac/mop feature where it will vac up and down then side to side so nothing is missed. Due to this feature it could do with a bigger battery as sometimes it doesn’t do a full clean of the house before returning home to charge to then finish the floor In comparison to other vacs it presents great value for money

Great first Robotic Vacuum
Our son and his fiancée have a robotic vacuum in their first house when we visited them overseas. So we learnt how they operate. Back in Australia we noticed that “The Good Guys” had this unit on special so we did some homework and read reviews. The salesperson was excellent in helping us in the purchase and information on the differences between types and models. It was a great starting unit to get. It was easy to programme and the App is excellent with its features. As a base unit we have not had any issues and it does a great job of the areas we map on the App to clean. So we thoroughly recommend this unit as a starting point at a reasonable price.
