Great tv but the sound goes off randomly and i have to do a hard restart to fix it.
The picture quality is great, the sound is good and the remote easy to use. The sound randomly turns off and the only way to fix it is turn the tv off at the power point for 60 seconds. I know in the big world this is a little problem but it is inconvenient and shouldn't happen. It would also be good if the smart TV's turned on straight to the channel instead of the home screen. I purchased the Hisense for my mother and it doesn't have the volume problem

This is our first TCL product & we’re really impressed with it. The features stacked up against other models of the same size & price point. Picture quality is awesome, great colour, sharp picture & no pixilation at all. Sound is good also. We have mounted on the main bedroom wall. Was quick & easy to install & set up. Now considering another TCL for games room.
