So Disappointed
what started out as our first big tv purchase has turned into utter disappointment. at first it worked great and was super impressed with the visual quality and sound, but not even four months later and it’s glitchy every few minutes when scenes flick over, and now it’s got a dirty screen effect all over the outside and splotches on the inside. not happy!

Excellent picture quality and adequate sound. Plenty of flexibility. A little challenging to use for those less technically adapt or not used to a smart TV.

Great Plasma Replacement
We bought this TV for my mum to replace her Plasma that wouldn't pick up some Free To Air channels any more. There's not a lot of option in 50 inch and less so if you want a remote with buttons so this does the trick. Very simply to set up, easy for an 89 year old to operate, picture quality is fine and not a lot of glare on the screen. She's very happy with it.
