  Looks great, works even better!

  I've owned a couple of soda streams in my lifetime. This has to be the easiest to use and looks great too. The sofa stream label syrups are really good but we also use other flavourings and it's great for just bubbly soda water. Really good value for money.

  Lack of customer service

  I purchased a soda stream. They didn’t have one in stock and assured me it would be at the store within a couple of days. Over four weeks later and numerous phone calls I received my purchase. There were no update up phone calls re the delay and I was constantly calling them. Twice they told me they were in stock then called and said they didn’t have the stock. I won’t buy anything from The Good Guys again unless it’s in stock

  Product Great easy to use not sure how long it will last compared to the old one given there is a lot of plastic in the new design mind you the last one was over 10 years old that the reason for 4 not 5 stars. The other reason was the team at good guys went out of their way with service advice and price matching as always Robina Good Guys a great place to shop
