I love this steam mop. It's lightweight, easy to use and leaves my floors clean unlike my old steam mop which was heavy and hard to get into some areas. The Shark steam mop has rotating pads that gently scrub my floors. The pads are machine washable and it comes with a spare set, great when doing large areas.
