The mop works well and the scrubbing action does good job of removing dirt. Only downfall is that this model doesn't remove the dirty water during use so halfway through you are scrubbing the floor with dirty water in the pads. We have resorted to swapping the pads half way through the mop to avoid this as we have a large tiled area. Overall happy!
