Better suction than my old Dyson that I have now replaced with this new Shark Vacuum.. Does a good job on carpet and tiled floors. Picks things up way better than the Dyson. I like how it automatically transitions from carpet to tiles. Like the little light on the vacuum head to illuminate the floor and can see more easily what may need vacuuming. Like the on off button that you just press once and do not have to hold it down continually like a trigger which you have to do on a Dyson. Like how hair etc doesn't get tangled up in the vacuum head as it has a self cleaning head. Unlike the Dyson you have to manually untangle hair from the brush head after every use. Like how it has a battery indicator light to let you know how much battery life you have remaining or when charging it indicates how close to full charge. This doesn't exist on the Dyson. My only issue would be that it is heavier than a Dyson, but I am getting used to it. But also I feel that it is made much stronger and sturdier than a Dyson. Now when I vacuum with the Shark I wonder why I put up with the Dyson for so long and didn't buy a Shark sooner. The salesperson at Good Guys was informative and helpful in us making a decision on this product. I have had a Dyson for over 10 years and do not regret making the switch to a Shark.

Good value for money
The Shark PowerPro Cordless Vacuum works well for the granny flat I really like how it senses the difference between carpet and hard flooring, automatically adjusting as needed. It’s great for quick spot cleaning and does a good job picking up cat and dog hair. The only downside is that I would have liked a few more attachments included, as it only comes with two. Overall, though, it’s a solid cordless vacuum for everyday use.

A must have for pet owners
Light weight and easy to manoeuvrer compared to some other brands. Handy automatic surface transition. Great on the pet hair and easy to empty. Most affective on hard floors, rather than thick pile carpets. Handy handheld vacuum also for those hard-to-reach areas.
