Very classy and elegant looking and very professional and great quality, I have Sous vide lamb chops and slow cooked some soup and all was I am very delighted with it . Have always wanted a Sous vide. Love the Thermometer included and the great instructions and recipes. It was a great that I could have it delivered to way down south of Hobart / will come in very handy for cold weather especially

Very good except for 2 issues
This is a very good kitchen appliance and I use the Sous Vide a lot for making my own yogurts. It's large enough to make 2L at a time. However, there are two problems with it: The timer can only be set for a maximum of 20 hours. It should be 24 hours as it's a bit complicated working out the timing for some products. The other problem is it will noy go below 38 deg C and I actually need 36 deg C. I can work around the timer issue but not the temperature although so far I managed to work with a minimum of 38deg C, but not ideal.
