Works fine, like any other kettle but description is misleading, it’s definitely not a charcoal colour, very much light grey. The box was broken (it looks like it had been possibly kicked/knocked around during shipping). The kettle was ok but I didn’t understand why a shipping ticket was just slapped on the box and sent as is.

Overall features are good, however some changes would make the kettle extraordinary. Please replace the plastic net with the metal net from where the water is poured. This will make product more durable.
