Wasn’t sold immediately
I did thorough research spanning 1yr, on the choices to replace my 2018 Dyson V11 (can’t stand the whine!), but the new cordless vacuum has big shoes to fill as my expectation was the suction power of my corded 2014 Bosch vacuum that’s properly tortured yet still going very strong. Landed on this LG rather than equivalent Samsung due to price, and not the Shark, due to swappable batteries. Didn’t immediately like the suction, sound , battery life of this LG in the first week, almost returned it. And thought the lights on the head is a gimmick. But after 2 weeks of comparing (with Dyson) the cleaning effectiveness, I kept it as it does what the research says as well as the marketing. Would recommend. Self serviced the Dyson, now it’s strong again and less whiny, so these 2 complement the daily quick house duty, while the big dog corded Bosch observes them quietly making sure they perform.

THIS IS A GREAT VAC FOR ALL HEIGHTS OF PEOPLE WITH THE ADJUSTABLE LENGTH. I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT CALCULATES HOW LONG THE BATTERY WILL WORK FOR IN THE - LOW-STANDARD AND HIGH MODE. THE TOWER IS QUITE COMPACT ALTHOUGH I HAVE HAD WHEN AFTER EMPTYING THE VAC DID NOT CLIP SHUT CORRECTLY BECAUSE OF DOG HAIR. THE OTHER THING I HAVE NOTICED IS THE POWER OF THE AIRFLOW WHEN THE VAC IS EMPTYING MAY MARK THE WALL SO I HAVE PUT AN EASY LINER THAT I CAN CLEAN. INITIALLY HAD PLACED MY VAC ON TILES AND DIDN`T HAVE AN ISSUE WHEN PUTTING THE VAC IN THE TOWER BUT WHEN I HAD TO MOVE THE TOWER ONTO A CARPET IT WAS DIFFICULT TO SEAT THE VAC CORRECTLY BECAUSE THE VAC HEAD WOULD NOT SLIDE SO I HAVE HAD TO PUT THE WHOLE TOWER ON A MAT THAT IS SHINEY TO SLIDE EASILY. THE POWER ON MAX IS AMAZING THOUGH SO WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY FOR BRINGING THE PILE UP ON THE CARPETS :-)
